Koepe & Partner offers its clientele the complete spectrum of intellectual property protection. Our focus is towards consulting and implementation, i.e., we draft, file, obtain and manage technical IP rights, trademarks and designs in the domestic, European and international spheres. Further emphasis is put on enforcing these rights against third parties. As such, we represent our clients before the German Patent and Trademark Office (DPMA), the European Patent Office (EPO), the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (OHIM), the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and the German Patent Court (BPatG) and the German Federal Supreme Court (BGH).
We also cooperate closely with attorneys-at-law to act before the Munich Courts (First Instance Courts and Appeal Courts), the German Federal Supreme Court (BGH) and the European Court of Justice (ECJ).
