Our Philosophy: "protecting your ideas"
For us, “protecting your ideas” embodies the optimal service a patent attorney can offer, so that we make it the goal of our daily work. This philosophy places the client’s satisfaction at the heart of our activities and sets the highest standards for us in four areas: 
Competence
The care, dedication and expertise of our attorneys and staff enable us to offer services of very high quality. From our point of view the most essential tools to achieve this are up-to-date knowledge of technology and law.. We therefore place the utmost importance on qualification and professional training. In January 2005 we expanded our team from two to three Patent Attorneys in order to offer our clients a broader spectrum of technical expertise.
Dependability
Having one attorney as a competent, reliable and easily accessible contact person ensures a direct and continual information exchange with the clients. In most cases, even with the shortest of notice, we can react quickly enough to ensure that our clients’ needs are met. We meet our deadlines dependably.
Creativity
The diversity of our clients’ differing needs demands flexibility and an open and forward-looking perspective, and we rise to the occasion gladly. In doing so, coping with the unique requirements and interests of each individual client is essential from the very beginning. Our clients are won over by our high degree of responsiveness and candour in consultation, as well as our creativity in designing tailored solutions. Optimism and a passion for Intellectual Property permeates our attorneys’ and staff’s work, allowing us to enjoy, together with our clients, the successful representation and defense of their interests.
Efficiency
We measure our success by our clients’ own business success. By taking a broad view, and in systematically implementing sustainable application strategies in the early phases of IP proceedings, we can reduce the risk of subsequent third-party infringement as much as possible. This saves the client time and money in the future and therefore maximizes the return on their IP investments. Our Firm’s size and clearly defined structure allow for short internal decision chains, high flexibility in file management as well as spartan procedures with short waiting and implementation times. This gives us a cost advantage, which we can directly pass on to the client at every stage of the proceedings.
